As part of the program, I introduced innovative package design to enhance the in-store experience and strengthen brand presence, along with an interactive map to help customers easily find a location. I approach website and app creation from concept to launch, designing with the user in mind—focusing on clean visuals, intuitive navigation, and a thoughtful experience that reflects the brand’s voice and goals. Every detail matters, from layout and typography to functionality and flow. I have a hand in every part of the process, including user experience planning, design mockups, and testing—for both web and mobile platforms. I also build out launch announcement plans to make sure the final product not only works beautifully, but reaches the right audience. That revamp also involved rethinking the types of events we prioritized—focusing on opportunities that align more closely with our target audience., aligning our presence with the audiences we most want to reach. By tailoring our approach to meet people where they are—both visually and strategically—I help ensure our outreach feels relevant, impactful, and authentic. I work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure every touchpoint reflects our goals and brand voice.
